This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and express check-in. On my first stay, the staff helped me with info about the town, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

Check-in was an absolute mess. how was I supposed to know the code when it was inside the locked reception? and that so-called early breakfast? nonexistent. had to rely on a vineyard worker for help, which is completely unacceptable for a 'luxurious' hotel. i almost considered giving a good review, but honestly, the expectations were completely shot down.

Had a blast tasting two cuvées from this Champagne producer. the presentation was solid and engaging, making the experience worthwhile. The proximity to Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne is a definite plus for anyone looking to explore.
No extra bedding was offered, which could be a problem if you need it. The interior decor of the rooms didn’t match the charming exterior of the building, which was a major draw for us. Limited capacity in shared rooms might not suit larger groups, so keep that in mind.

During my stay, I enjoyed a spacious Family Suite which was perfect for my group. The Champagne tasting experience was a highlight, with informative presentations about their production methods. the cleanliness of the shower left something to be desired, and noise from upstairs guests was noticeable at times.

Charming Dizy getaway 🥂
I stayed in the Pinot Noir room, so lekker spacious with a kitchenette and a massive bathroom. Brekkie was a vibe, especially those croissants! And the outdoor spot to chill was perfect for a sundowner after exploring nearby towns.
The room decor was a bit basic compared to the overall charm of the place.

I had a wonderful stay, with just a short drive to Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne, where I enjoyed tasting local champagnes. There are plenty of lovely walking paths nearby to explore after breakfast at the hotel.

I stayed in a Family Suite during my trip to explore the Champagne region. The space was great, having plenty of room for my family, and Oriane really stood out as a lovely host. we even managed to communicate with Google Translate! The location made it easy to get to Epernay and the Avenue de Champagne, both just a short drive away, making our champagne tasting adventures super convenient. I really enjoyed the breakfast offerings, particularly the delicious croissants that set us up perfectly for our day out.

had a fab stay with my bike. they got this big courtyard which feels super safe. breakfast was nice, and the staff were really friendly, made me feel welcomed. loved the courtyard area to chill out after riding. oh, and the location is perfect for cyclists with the canal path nearby!
the room on the top floor was a bit small for my liking, and it only had skylights which kinda made it feel cramped.
